Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of lemongrass, sweet capsicum and underlying notes of freshly crushed herbs. The palate is layered with flavours of sweet pineapple, crunchy green apple, and supporting notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit. With outstanding fruit concentration balanced with zesty underlying minerality, this lively, fresh wine leads to a pure, and focused dry finish.

Straw yellow in colour, this wine exhibits intense citrus aromas. Fruity and mild in the palate with a balanced acidity that highlights the freshness. Elegant and mineral finish.

Fruit flavours are in the cool to moderate spectrum of citrus, white flowers, ripe grapefruit and melon. The style is mid-weight with elegant oak nicely tucked in, providing texture and lingering flavours of cashew, roasted almond and gun flint.

Typically fresh aromatics of quality Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Chardonnay are evident including citrus, white flowers and stone fruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness from aging on lees. Roast hazelnut, almond and hints of gunflint result from the indigenous fermentation in barrel.

Aromas of Nashi pear, stone-fruit and a gentle spice background are evident on the nose. The wine is rich, creamy and textural with great purity of fruit and balance.

The blackberry, spice and liqorice nuances combine to produce a fruit-dominant but complex Sauvignon Blanc. A small inclusion of the white variety Viognier gives this Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay wine beautiful perfume and allows the wine more accessibility while young.
