Another one of Lindauer's most popular wines, the beautiful blush colour comes from the addition of Pinotage adding texture and colour. It's crafted to have fresh notes of strawberries and red berry fruits balanced with a creamy soft finish. New Zealander's love Sauvignon Blanc and it is no surprise they love Lindauer Sauvignon Blanc too. A vibrant wine with notes of zesty passionfruit and fresh gooseberry flavours. Similar to Lindauer's Classic Pinot Gris but with 25% less alcohol Lindauer's Enlighten Pinot Gris contains one standard drink per 150ml flute, perfect for sitting back and unwinding. Full of citrus and floral aromas the palate is bursting with soft pear and apple notes balanced by flavours of honeysuckle. An off-dry style with a soft texture and delightful finish.

Similar to Lindauer's Classic Sauvignon Blanc but with a lighter alcohol content, Lindauer's Enlighten range offers 25% less alcohol (and calories) than their Classic companion but still made with the excellence you would expect from Lindauer. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes it has lifted aromas of lemons and limes bursting with tropical and stone fruits flavours resulting in a well-balanced sparkling wine.

Balance is the golden rule with the Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rosé. The musts undergo very little racking, in order to develop the wine's volume, yet maintain its freshness. 100% pressed rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. Ideal for an aperitif, or accompanying a number of summer style dishes.

The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine. Deep ruby in appearance with aromas of dark fruit, such as blackcurrents, plums and boysenberries. Layered beneath there are also hints of tobacco, liquorice and cloves.

It is deep lemon in colour, with an expansive bouquet filled with aromas of pear drops, feijoa, spice and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and unctuous, with a tangy hint of ginger. The earlier picked fruit adds freshness and satisfying acidity, while the late picked portion and lees ageing have increased the mouth feel and complexity of this wine.

Upon release it is deep ruby in colour. The nose is brimming with vibrant red fruit including plum, raspberry and cherry. There are also hints of spice, vanilla and chocolate, with some underlying savoury notes. The wine is mouth-filling, yet balanced with plush velvety tannins, refreshing acidity and a prolonged finish.

A portion of nobly botrytic fruit has produced a distinctive style of wine. It has a core of citrus fruit characters, particularly lemons and limes, but there is also an undercurrent of white fleshed peaches and nectarines. The botrytis has added hints of honeysuckle and also given the wine extra concentration and richness. A seam of natural acidity and minerality flows through the wine and gives it an off-dry finish length and zest.

Aromas of ripe melon and peach abound with butterscotch and fig notes. The palate is rich, with ripe fruits, showcasing peach flavours and an inherent creaminess, and a lingering bright finish.
